# Submission

Plan submission is a process of creating a Jira issue associated with given plan. Following details are used in ticket creation:

* Plan summary == Issue summary
* Plan details == Issue details
* Provider settings (setup by site admins) = additional details visible in issue

To submit a plan, follow steps below:

1. Click on "Submit for review"
2. Confirm submission and wait until operation is complete.
3. If process is completed successfully, new issue key should appear on the screen. It is a link to associated issue.
4. Close dialog.
5. Select submission tab. You can check here:
   1. Link to associated issue.
   2. Submission progress. It can be changed only by deployment team.
