# Designer - getting started

Designer  allows user without technical knowledge to create plans and change requests using interactive diagram and visual elements. Created plans can be browsed, shared and re-edited.

To access Designer page:

1. Go to main Jira navigation
2. Click on Apps
3. Select PlanApply - Designer
4. You will be redirected to welcome page visible below.
