# Designer

Designer is a tool that utilise visual elements to build configuration changes. Later, after submission, they can be easily sent to deployment team and transformed into executable Terraform code.&#x20;

Designer do not require any specialized knowledge about Jira configuration or Terraform

On the UI visible below, we can specify two main sections:

* Upper toolbox. It can be expanded / collapsed to extened diagram area.
* Diagram area. It is used to interact with configuration elements in visual form.
